Development Control Plan

DCP’s provide guidance to developers and are performance based documents providing objectives for development. DCP’s guide certain types of development or specific areas within a LGA. These guidelines are in addition to the legal provisions of a Local Environmental Plan (LEP) or State Environmental Planning Policy (SEPP).

Engineering Requirements for Development

This specification sets out minimum standards and guidelines for the engineering works required for developments within Cessnock LGA.
