Before lodging an application with council you should work out which development assessment category applies to your development.

Development Control Plan

The Newcastle DCP supplements the Newcastle Local Environmental Plan and provides additional information that should be taken into account when preparing a Development Application.

Technical Manuals and Standard Drawings

Technical Manuals provide more detailed or supportive information to the Newcastle DCP. The Standard Drawings provide the engineering detail to support the Newcastle DCP and the associated technical manuals.
